The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support, liaising daily with staff at all levels and engaging regularly with service users and their families, who may sometimes be distressed or frustrated.
The role includes ensuring an effective office environment, handling correspondence and telephone enquiries, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
The administrator will liaise with other departments and external agencies, act as a contact point during office hours, and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Responsibilities also include managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and uploading documents into Rio, providing reception services, and maintaining effective communication channels.
Additional duties involve producing high-standard handwritten and electronic notes, letters, and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to Trust policies.
