The Job

The London-based Regional Marketing Manager will be a confident communicator, passionate about the brands they represent, supporting local storytelling for both Flight Club and Electric Shuffle brands.

This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and venue Sales and Events Managers for Flight Club and Electric Shuffle (London), ensuring sales and marketing alignment to maximize brand exposure and venue performance.

As a key member of the venue launch strategy team, this role will own insights and city research for their region, develop local network relationships, and raise brand awareness to ensure a successful launch.


Key responsibilities will include:

* Creating and executing a tailored marketing strategy for London venues, aligning with national objectives and implementing national strategies, managing a localized calendar.
* Identifying local marketing opportunities, developing innovative strategies, and recommending regional marketing activations to the Marketing Director.
* Ensuring all in-venue marketing collateral is up to date and reporting any inconsistencies to the UK marketing Director.
* Managing marketing reports for your region, evaluating the success and ROI of strategies, and providing monthly updates.
* Collaborating with the central marketing team to cascade the national strategy, providing insights and ideas on a local level to guide regional and national tactics.
* Supporting localized PR and influencer outreach to drive awareness and footfall, and managing positive reviews to ensure clear communication with guests.


To be successful, you'll:

* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of local competitors and market trends for effective brand positioning.
* Be a confident communicator and passionate marketing professional eager to learn and innovate.
* Have solid experience in a similar multi-brand role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
* Be a self-starter able to work autonomously and build relationships across the business.
* Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, planning, and reporting.
