1. Interested in Real Estate and housing, while being flexible to support wider tax areas as needed.
2. Experienced in key taxes including Corporation Tax, VAT, SDLT, and the Construction Industry Scheme.
3. Commercially aware, with a good understanding of the real estate and social business sectors.
4. Confident managing clients, solving complex problems, and leading projects within a collaborative team.
5. Motivated to develop yourself and others, with the potential to progress to Director over time.
