FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Coordinator based in Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with some flexible working available. This is a varied, office-based role supporting sales activity across key customers and market sectors, working closely with engineering, production and operations to ensure accurate quotations and a high level of customer service. Main duties include: Managing and responding to customer enquiries Preparing cost estimates, quotations and proposals Liaising with engineering and production teams to progress enquiries and orders Supporting the sales team with reporting, forecasting and follow-up activity Acting as a key point of contact for nominated accounts Assisting with customer visits, exhibitions and networking events Supporting marketing activity including website content, social media and promotional materials Suitable candidates should have the following: Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer-facing ability High level of attention to detail Ability to learn technical products and work across multiple departments Experience in a technical, manufacturing, marine or subsea environment would be advantageous but is not essential Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
