Key responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the Credit Control team, providing coaching, training, and performance oversight
* Drive cash flow by reducing overdue payments and minimising bad debt
* Resolve escalated queries and disputes with internal departments and customers
* Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure compliance with credit policies
* Lead weekly credit control meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
* Oversee the dunning process and escalate potential bad debt risks appropriately
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve billing and payment issues
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
* Support reporting, data analysis, and performance metrics for the Credit Control Manager
* Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
