* Undertake routine support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software connected to the corporate network in line with agreed procedures.
* Undertake performance monitoring of all hardware and software connected to the corporate network in line with agreed procedures.
* Work with the ICT Technician to ensure the ICT inventory is kept current and is updated in line with agreed standards.
* Provide support to users of the dial-in / remote access services.
