Are you passionate about helping people access the most appropriate support at critical times in their lives? Do you have experience in either housing and/or benefits and money matters?
The Temporary Accommodation team is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to lead income management work with our tenants. This role involves telephone and face-to-face work, close collaboration with colleagues in Housing and Benefits teams, and a focus on customer service.

What will you be doing?
The role involves making early contact with those at risk of falling behind, helping them access entitled benefits, and working to maximise their income.
You will also be responsible for developing effective debt recovery plans and supporting tenants on their journey towards financial stability.
