Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Person Specifications Must Have Degree in Environmental Health accredited by CIEH or a recognized food safety qualification. Recent experience as an Environmental Health Officer in food safety or as a Food Safety Officer in a local authority. Nice to Have Additional relevant certifications or training.
