Administration Co-ordinator (FT)
37.5 hours per week (5 days, Monday Friday)
Part Time option considered for the right candidate.
The Dove Service is a dynamic and compassionate charity based in Stoke-on-Trent. Established in 1984, we promote and improve the emotional health and wellbeing of people who have experienced bereavement, life-changing/limiting illness or significant loss.
Responsibilities
* Provide admin support for the general operations function and for the delivery of our services and projects.
* Liaise closely with the management team, communicate with project workers, counsellors and with clients.
* Understand and practice the values of the organisation: provide appropriate levels of support to colleagues; work professionally in all areas; be innovative in your approach; be respectful of others; empower others; and behave with integrity at all times.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent administration skills/background; flexibility; excellent time management; superb communication skills.
* Self-motivation; ability to manage own workload.
* Understanding of working in the third sector or health sector.
