Executive Assistant
An experienced, proactive Executive Assistant is required to support C-Suite leaders with complex diary management, governance coordination and stakeholder engagement, using MS Office, Teams and SharePoint in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 per annum + Benefits

Working hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Complex Diary and Travel Management: Proactively manage schedules, itineraries and logistics for multiple C-Suite leaders
* Meeting and Board Coordination: Prepare agendas, collate papers and take accurate minutes for Board and senior leadership meetings
* Briefings and Presentations: Produce high-quality briefing materials, reports and presentations for internal and external engagements
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring timely, effective communication with senior stakeholders and partners
* Strategic Initiative Tracking: Monitor actions and follow up on priorities to support organisational objectives and governance
* Confidential Correspondence: Handle sensitive information and communications with the utmost discretion
* Records & Expenses: Maintain accurate records, filing systems and expense processing in line with policy
* Collaboration Tools: Use MS Office, Teams and SharePoint to support efficient workflows and document control
Candidate requirements
Essential
* Previous experience in a senior Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff support role to C-Suite leaders
* Proven experience of complex diary management, travel planning and meeting logistics
* Experience with Board/ELT coordination, agenda preparation and minute-taking
* Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
* Strong organisation, time management and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable
* A background in a scientific, innovation or research-led organisation
* Degree or equivalent professional experience; business administration qualification welcomed
* Proven experience of tracking strategic initiatives and preparing executive reports
* Experience with stakeholder engagement across partners, tenants or collaborators
