Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a motivated and proactive HSE Trainee to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the activities related to Environmental Management, Sustainability, and Quality, while also supporting Health & Safety initiatives within our organisation. Main Responsibilities: Policy & Guidelines Development: Support the definition and implementation of company-wide environmental and HSE policies, guidelines, procedures, objectives, and KPIs. Procedure Management: Develop and maintain environmental management procedures while ensuring their effective implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with all company functions and stakeholders to gather HSE requirements and ensure alignment. Awareness Promotion: Assist in designing initiatives to promote environmental awareness and sustainability practices both internally and externally. Training: Identify and deliver HSE training programs tailored to the needs of Nadara personnel. Contractor Compliance: Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with company-specific HSQE requirements. System Tools Coordination: Define and coordinate software tools for managing audits, inspections, incidents, HSE data collection, analysis, and assessment. Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for HSE performance improvement and support their implementation. Audit Participation: Participate in and coordinate internal and external audits of management systems. Risk Management: Identify environmental hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures. Emergency Procedures: Review and implement emergency procedures. Action Plans: Develop and maintain preventive and corrective action plans for wind farms with a focus on environmental impact. Qualifications & Requirements : A NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Safety and Health Management degree (or working towards) related field. Knowledge of ISO 14001 Management Systems. A valid driving license for light vehicles. Availability to travel as required. Skills & Knowledge Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised. Passionate about health, safety and environmental sustainability. Proficient in using Office 365 collaboration tools. Why Join Us?
