Job summary We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our colorectal and stoma care service as a Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to combine expert clinical practice with leadership and service development, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across the colorectal pathway. The post holder will work autonomously to assess, diagnose and manage patients with colorectal conditions, including those requiring surgical intervention and ongoing stoma care. They will also provide clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team, supporting workforce development, pathway optimisation and improved patient flow, including delivery of cancer and elective care standards.
