Revenues Processing Officer - Part Time Fixed Term
Location: Petersfield
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract - PT
We have a vacancy for a Revenues Processing Officer. The main purpose of the role will be to process documentation relating to Council Tax & Business ratepayers accounts.
Grade 3 - £27,410 to £30,293 FTE (based on 37 hours pw)
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support as part of a team responsible for the billing and collection of Council Tax and Business Rates.
* Ensure accounts are amended accurately and at the earliest opportunity.
* Answer correspondence fully and in a timely manner.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience of using Civica Open Revenues system and Document Management/workflow systems would be an advantage.
Security vetting and checks
* If you are successful, you will need to comply with the government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard Verification process, which includes a basic criminal record check that will identify any unspent convictions. If you are unable to meet these requirements, your offer may be revoked.
Additional information
Experience of using Civica Open Revenues system and Document Management/workflow systems would be an advantage.
