Graduate development surveyor

The opportunity to join our Development Team based in the Gloucester Office to support the delivery ofprofessional valuation and development advice, to a variety of commercial, private, and public / agency sector clients.The successful applicant will receive full APC support, training from industry leading experts and opportunities for long term career progression.


Main Responsibilities

* Achieve full membership of the RICS by completing the Graduate Surveyor Programme and RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
* Supporting the team in providing high quality development consultancy advice to a wide range of clients.
* Delivering Agency on development sites.
* Grow your network andworking relationships with landowners, local authorities and residential and commercial developers.
* Assist in delivery of services to clients accurately and on time.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
