Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:
1. Applicant must have knowledge and experience of Hospital Discharge
2. Good IT skills Knowledge of LAS/ IAS and Google
3. Comfortable completing Care Act assessments after D2A period
What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:
1. Social Work England registration
2. Eligible to work in the UK
3. Hold a full UK licence
4. Post-qualified experience
5. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
