The Role
This is a field‑based management position where you’ll oversee and develop live‑in and complex care packages across Surrey. You’ll work closely with carers, service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and high‑quality care.
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in live‑in care management
* Strong complex care background (PEG feeding, tracheostomy, spinal injuries, neurological conditions)
* Level 3+ in Health & Social Care
* Solid understanding of CQC regulations
* Experience with care planning & risk assessments
* Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
* Strong leadership & communication skills
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee live‑in and complex care packages
* Conduct assessments and develop person‑centred care plans
* Carry out reviews, audits, spot checks & supervisions
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards
* Liaise with families, professionals & local authorities
* Support staffing continuity and service quality
* Participate in the on‑call rota
