My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this stylish hotel in Dorset. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F and B Director and oversee the day:to:day running of the restaurant.
About the position
* Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
* Manage the P and L, forecasting and budgeting
* Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
* Report to the F and B Director
The successful candidate
* At least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end restaurant
* A born leader with a can:do attitude
* Luxury hotel experience
* Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
* A dynamic and motivated individual
