Responsibilities
* Understand the client: Gain a deep understanding of client activity, campaigns, products, vision, and values.
* Become a campaign expert: Master the administrative details of your assigned campaigns.
* Handle all communications: Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including post, written correspondence, and other channels as agreed.
* Update systems: Accurately maintain campaign information in designated systems.
* Exceed performance targets: Meet and exceed all quantitative and qualitative performance goals.
* Attend training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on client and contact center requirements.
* Adhere to protocols: Follow all client protocols and procedures.
Requirements
* Education: GCSE/O-Level standard in Maths and English.
* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer Service: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
* Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Accuracy: High level of accuracy in data entry.
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems.
What We Offer
* Start Date: 1st of November.
* Contract: Temporary until 31st of January 2024.
* Full-time: 37.5 hours/week.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (some flexibility).
* Salary: £24,000 per year.
* Training: 2 weeks initial training, followed by ongoing on-the-job training.
