About The Role
Permanent, Part Time (21.5 per week), Tues 8:30 am‑5 pm, Wed and Fri 9 am‑5 pm
* Provide day-to‑day HR and recruitment administration support, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date across HR/Payroll systems.
* Assist with new starters, contractual changes, absence management and reporting, and support wider HR projects such as annual pay awards and employee benefits.
* Maintain compliance by ensuring right‑to‑work, DBS and reference checks are completed, conduct regular data audits, and keep all employee files accurate and compliant.
* Act as a first point of contact for general enquiries, provide clear guidance on policies and procedures, and support effective employee communication.
About You
* Strong experience in HR administration within a busy environment and a sound understanding of employment legislation.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems and electronic diary management tools.
* Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines, and strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
* High level of attention to detail, solid literacy and numeracy skills, and a proactive, flexible approach to maintaining accuracy.
