Role Summary:
You will step into a Corporate Account Handler position, handling mid-sized commercial risk. You’ll work closely with a team of Account Executives, helping service a varied portfolio across property, construction, fleet, haulage and more.. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial insurance experience who wants to work in a dynamic, high-performing environment with a supportive and flexible culture. Key Responsibilities:
* Support Account Executives in managing existing portfolios: handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, deliver high-quality service; ensure retention and contribute to growth
* Use Acturis confidently: Manage documents and workflows efficiently
* Provide commercial insurance products expertise to clients, apply and expand technical knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
* Liaise and engage proactively with insurers, customers and internal stakeholders. Build strong relationships, drive renewal conversations and manage expectations
* Managed client documentation and onboarding: ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process
* Support growth of the business: Contribute to business development, collaborate with the team, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Requirements:
* Commercial insurance experience and strong technical knowledge of commercial products (fleet, property, BI, D&O, EL, PL), ready to hit the ground running
* Demonstrable technical insurance knowledge and relationship-building ability, in a broking environment, experience working with insurers would be desirable
* Acturis experience essential
* Comfortable handling mid-sized corporate premiums (£15,000+), with strong understanding of commercial risks
* CII qualification or working towards, but not essential
