Busy Engineering Company requires an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude who can work well within a small team.
The right candidate must have a good level of literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills.
Part-time – 10am – 3pm – Monday - Friday
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
* Answering the main switchboard and directing calls
* Monitoring main Company email addresses and forwarding relevant emails
* Processing purchase invoices through a bespoke purchasing system
* Pre-qualification customer questionnaires
* Updating company website
* Company newsletters
* Maintaining the Company wide holiday file/database
* Bi-annual Driving Licence checks
* Fuel/mileage analysis/maintenance for Company vehicles
* Printing of drawings
* Stationery ordering
* Filing of paperwork
* Assisting with any other administration tasks for the Company
