We are looking for an Office Administrator to join us at our AkzoNobel site in Goole. The AkzoNobel Distribution Centre in Goole is a 24/5 operation covering all areas of the decorative business. This role covers several administration tasks, primarily providing quality administrative support across the site, predominantly the Customer Service team but could also support DLX and Stock Control.
This role is being offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis until July 2026, where you’ll be working Monday‑Friday between the hours of 08:30‑16:30. Some flexibility may be required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,500.00 and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) pro rata. What you’ll do on a typical day
* Provide accurate and efficient administrative support for the site, as required
* Book travel and accommodation across the contract
* Organise meetings, room bookings, and refreshments
* Raise purchase orders
* Support meetings with notetaking and action tracking
* Carry out general office duties including stationery orders, scanning, and hot desk bookings
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Past administration experience, ideally in a people focused role
* Good understanding of SAP and DLX would be preferred
* A confident communicator with excellent written English
* Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Strong organisational skills
* Collaborative, innovative and creative
