About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager based in Watford, you’ll start by learning the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with structured, hands‑on training designed to help you develop quickly and move into management positions. You’ll work directly with customers, learn the ins and outs of business development, and gain exposure to high‑performing marketing strategies used across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
 * Build brand awareness and represent clients across various platforms
 * Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to client inquiries
 * Contribute ideas in team meetings and take part in collaborative projects
 * Assist in creating performance reports and improving business results
 * Attend business development events and client meetings
 * Support and train new team members as you grow
 * Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold brand reputation
Qualifications
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * A proactive, confident approach to learning and personal growth
 * Strong work ethic and reliability
 * Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus — but not essential
