Plan It is a growing architectural services company specialising in the design and delivery of residential home extensions. We’re currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team and support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Submitting and recording planning applications
* Liaising with planning officers and third-party consultants
* Ordering and managing office supplies
* Providing support for meetings, including scheduling and preparation
* Invoice chasing and assisting with bookkeeping
* Supporting project coordination and technical approval applications
* Answering phones and welcoming clients to the office
* Creating and maintaining digital and paper filing systems
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and assisting with event planning
