Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Central London
Proper Recruitment are working with a well-known UK-wide independent estate agent who are looking for a reliable and organised Sales Administrator with strong AML experience to join their busy office and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and overseeing AML checks and compliance processes
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on the CRM system
* Liaising with buyers, vendors and third parties throughout the sales process
* Preparing sales documents and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
* Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Assisting with property listings, marketing and general office duties
Requirements:
* Previous experience within property administration preferred
* Strong AML experience is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Professional and proactive attitude
Salary:
* £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Tenure:
* Full-Time | On Site | Monday – Friday
