A developing Independent School in Brent is seeking a passionate and fluent French Teacher for a permanent, full-time position starting in September. The successful French Teacher will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop their French language skills and cultural understanding.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective French Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE French examinations.
* Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback as a French Teacher.
* Contribute to the development of the French curriculum and resources.
* Encourage an appreciation for French language and culture.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in French or Modern Foreign Languages.
* Proven experience teaching French at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4).
* Native or near-native fluency in French.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities in French.
