As they embark on the next exciting chapter of their growth journey, the opportunity has arisen for a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to pave the way for a new era of collaboration between the disparate divisions within the group. As part of the Executive team reporting to the Group CEO you will transform a multi-brand, multi-service, organisation into a unified, innovative, customer-first and insight-driven solution provider. In doing so you will professionalise the approach to sales and account management, presenting a single branded multi-service offering to customers and enabling the business lines to go even deeper into the value chain.

Key Responsibilities
* Redefine how the business interacts with its largest and most complex accounts, embedding a strategic, value-led approach to sales and customer management
* Build and lead a unified commercial function, aligning teams around shared metrics, incentives, and goals
* Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and bold leadership across federated business units
* Drive cross-sell, upsell, and co-sell strategies to unlock organic growth
* Act as the voice of the customer at board level and across all executive forums
A commercially brilliant operator and cultural catalyst who can lead through influence, with action-orientation and humility in equal measure. You’ll need to be as comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting into detail with sales teams, performance data and incentive schemes, as you are contributing to strategic discussions with investors.
* Senior leadership experience in customer, commercial, GTM or sales roles within multi-brand B2B services organisations
* Track record of delivering commercial transformation and strategic key account growth
* Strong ability to lead in matrixed, federated, or complex environments
* Experience in PE-backed, founder-led or high-growth organisations

Location
Based in the UK, with a hybrid working model (3+ days per week in Central London HQ). Travel to regional offices as needed.
