In 2024, we welcomed a new Police and Crime Commissioner and recently a new Chief Constable—bringing fresh leadership and renewed ambition to policing and community safety in the county. In March 2025 the Police and Crime Commissioner launched an ambitious new five-year Police and Crime Plan—setting out a bold vision for a safer Hertfordshire.
