Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial and financial elements of residential projects, including procurement, valuations, and cost reporting.
Handle variations and package management for a 68-unit scheme.
Liaise closely with site, technical and design teams to ensure accurate cost control.
Prepare reports and forecasts, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential or main contracting environments.
Strong commercial awareness and confidence handling variations and subcontractor accounts.
Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a structured, fast-paced team.
