Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Senior Managing Consultant specializing in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting Managing, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients and act as a trusted business advisor to lead the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Leading the implementation of SAP BRIM solutions and their integration with SAP S/4 HANA.
* Advising client executives on the benefits delivered by SAP RAR within as strategic assets of their broader Finance Transformation.
* Lead and manage a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
* Contribute to Business Development activities, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP BRIM with clients and team members.
Preferred Education
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* At least 6 years of professional expertise with BRIM solutions.
* Experience integrating with SAP Sales and Distribution, Contract Accounting, Fixed Assets or Lease Accounting.
* Experience in end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations, from project preparation to go-live.
* Experience with process-modelling based on leading practices and business requirements, outlining the process flow, process gaps, change impacts, and system controls.
* Working knowledge of accounting standards such as ASC/IFRS.
* Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
* Understanding of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), including Classic Contract Management (CCM) and Optimized Contract Management (OCM).
* Advanced SAP Configuration: Experience with advanced SAP configuration options, including custom code development and implementation, to meet complex client requirements.
* SAP Project Management: Familiarity with SAP project management methodologies, including Agile and ASAP, to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality results.
* Experience implementing SAP BRIM in Telecommunications or Energy industries.
