7am-4pm Monday-Friday ; Weekend working based on demand and done on a rota
Laboratory Technicians
* Carrying out testing and analysis on incoming grain samples.
* Preparing and handling grain samples in accordance with site procedures.
* Recording and reporting laboratory results accurately.
* Assisting with intake administration and weighbridge operations during busy periods.
* Monitoring grain quality against intake specifications.
* Supporting food safety, traceability, and quality standards throughout harvest operations.
Key requirements
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording results.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak intake periods.
* Competent computer skills for data entry, recording results, and operating laboratory systems.
* Commitment to maintaining high health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
