Finance Analyst - Global Product Innovation Hybrid Role with 3 days onsite in Cheltenham Salary £30-£35k (subject to skills & experience) plus a fantastic benefits package including annual bonus and access to our flexible benefits platform. Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Finance Controller GPI, you will be a business partner to the GPI Creative Labs team, providing ongoing financial insights, monthly forecast and annual Financial Plan, as well as adhoc analysis, as required. You will also be coordinating key insights for GPI, to create Scorecards and Executive Packs, including presentation. You will be taking part in GPI's month end activities and collaborating with the ITC team and business partners across US, China and India. You will support the rest of the GPI finance team, in particular the Snr Finance Controller in adhoc analysis and business partnering with Program Management and Transformative Innovation teams. This role will drive strong cross-functional and cross-regional relationships, executed in alignment with Kohler Co. policies, procedures in a matrixed organizational structure, maintaining the highest level of integrity, ethics, and candour to all key management levels of the business and Kohler Co. Specific Responsibilities Be the Finance Business Partner for GPI Creative Labs teams: Provide accurate and timely monthly accounting and financial analysis, articulating R&Os to Financial Plan / Forecast. Presentation of Monthly results to the Creative Lab Leadership team Financial Plan and Forecast creation. Adhoc reporting and analysis to support the team Own coordination of key GPI Financial Reports, such as: Monthly GPI Scorecards, to include Innovation Scorecard, GPI Leadership's Scorecards and Financial Plan Scorecard, GPI Exec Packs, KLT Financial Pack and Financial Plan Pack Be GPI's BPC Super user : Own all BPC loads for GPI to include annual Financial Plan and forecast Provide training and upskill to the finance teams As a member of the GPI Finance team, you will be expected to be a team player and support in projects when required. You will be responsibilities for, but not limited to: Complete the month end commentary for your areas of responsibility for GPI and K&B Group consolidation, where you will work with regional teams to understand and articulate performance v plan and prior year. Promote and contribute to the Finance team by sharing information, driving best practice finance solutions in reporting, analysis, decision support and business partnering. Maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity. Expect and promote that same level of honesty and integrity in the supporting staff. Perform other responsibilities, projects, and special studies as assigned by the Snr Finance Controller GPI. BPC / SAP experience essential. AAT qualified.
