Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, requiring adaptability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders.
* Book valuations, property viewings, and market appraisals.
* Negotiate offers confidently and effectively to secure the best possible outcome for clients.
* Oversee the full sales progression process to ensure timely and smooth completions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, always striving to exceed client expectations.
* Adapt to the fast-moving nature of the business and take on diverse tasks where needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience within the estate agency industry, ideally at a Senior Negotiator level with 3+ Years Sales Experience.
* Strong track record in property sales, valuations, and progression.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* High-level customer service and communication abilities.
* Professional, reliable, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Full UK Driving License
* Although based in the Waterloo / Crosby Area you will be required to other areas within Merseyside.
* Working Hours Monday – Friday 9-5pm. But maybe required to work flexibility to work outside standard hours when required. (1 in 3 Saturday work with Lieu Day)
