Executive Search Delivery Consultant | Manchester (Hybrid)
Up to £35,000 Basic Salary
We are an established executive search consultancy with a track record of placing senior leaders across global consumer markets. Working from our Leeds office on a hybrid basis, we partner with some of the world's most recognised organisations across FMCG and CPG, Quick Service Restaurants, Consumer Healthcare, Infrastructure and Retail — identifying and securing the leadership talent that shapes their futures.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an intellectually curious, commercially minded individual to join our delivery team in support of a Senior Director, playing a hands-on role in retained executive search assignments spanning international markets.
The Opportunity
This role is well suited to two types of candidate:
1. An experienced recruiter ready to step up into the more strategic, research-led world of retained executive search
2. A commercially or operationally experienced professional from industry who is serious about building a long-term career in executive search and leadership advisory
Whichever your background, you will be someone who is driven by quality, motivated by relationships and energised by working at the senior end of the market.
What You Will Be Doing
3. Mapping global consumer markets, competitor landscapes and leadership structures across international geographies
4. Identifying and engaging senior executive talent across FMCG, CPG, QSR, Consumer Healthcare, Infrastructure and Retail
5. Conducting detailed outreach and assessment conversations with senior leaders
6. Supporting the full retained search lifecycle, from client briefing through to appointment
7. Managing candidate and client processes with a consistently high level of professionalism
8. Producing market insight reports and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholders
9. Building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior executives and industry figures
10. Contributing informed perspectives on market trends and emerging client opportunities

Prior executive search experience is not essential. We are more interested in how you think, how you engage with people and how committed you are to building something meaningful.
