We are currently recruiting for: Business Process Specialist - Production System
The Business Process Specialist will create, manage, and publish content within the Production System framework, as required to control and drive Lean Operations through the Rolls-Royce SMR Value Chain, enabling safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of the RR SMR Nuclear Power plant. This role will be primarily focused on the generic, global value chain and will deliver and integrate content from other functions across the business and suppliers/partners.
The Business Process Specialist will work with various functions within the business to create and publish material and will also create the framework and control processes required for technical documentation, procedures, and standards within a digital system.
Key selection criteria:
* Experience of working within a complex management system in a relevant industry which requires rigorous control and ability to clearly articulate the relevance of those controlling systems and the need for clarity, accuracy, and authorized approval of content.
* Ability to successfully work both alone and within a cross-functional IPT or Project Team outside of direct functional experience to author content to a high level of quality, clarity, and accuracy required within a regulated industry.
* Experience of working within a complex management system in a relevant industry which requires rigorous control and can clearly articulate the relevance of those controlling systems and the need for clarity, accuracy, and authorized approval of content.
* The successful candidate will demonstrate how their helpful contribution to the generation of work content and quality-focused attitude are translated to others in the organization through behaviors and coaching, creating a level of rigor and accuracy that will underpin our Nuclear Safety Culture.
* Coordination and management of content provided by other functions outside of the home function.

Role Title: Business Process Specialist
We anticipate paying a salary of between £48,000 - £62,500 DOE plus:
* Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
* Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
* Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions
* Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days
