* Driving operational discipline — ensuring every action is backed by data, not assumption
* Championing health, safety and environmental best practice across your area

You’ll thrive here if you are:
* A natural coach and communicator, able to build trust and get the best from your teams
* Analytical and evidence-based, confident working with KPIs, data, and performance systems
* Focused on structure, process, and measurable results
* Comfortable making tactical decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Always looking for smarter, leaner, more efficient ways to operate
Experience & Skills:
* Proven leadership experience in a production or operations environment
* Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong understanding of EHS and compliance standards
* Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
🚀 Why Apply?
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, data-driven, and people-focused - leading with both head and heart. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your area, introduce meaningful change, and develop a motivated, high-performing team in a business that values continuous improvement.
