Transactional Administrator - Private Equity (part-time)

Aztec Group are now looking for a Transactional Administrator to support and assist our Private Equity team with the routine day-to-day administration of a large pension scheme. We are open to considering candidates looking for a part-time position, Monday to Friday, minimum 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds and associated fund structures
* Assist with all aspects of accounting matters, including the preparation, reconciliation and proofing of investor reports, and ad-hoc investor requests
* Assist in scraping and processing data from reporting into useable comparable analytic data
* Assist in validation of key performance analytics from fund reporting
* Maintain accurate records on eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules for all aspects of bookkeeping
* Review the accuracy of qualitative and quantitative data processed by other administrators
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
* Previous Finance industry experience is essential (e.g purchase/sales ledger clerk etc)
* AAT Level 3 is highly desirable but not essential
* Computer literacy skills are essential, especially a proficient user of Excel
* A strong attention to detail
We will provide in house training for relevant technical knowledge to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration and accountancy services. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
