Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services

Job Description:
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our expanding European sales team. This role involves managing major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow existing accounts, maximizing penetration and coverage.
* Identify and develop new client accounts and opportunities.
* Collaborate with channel partners, agents, and distributors.
* Travel 25-50% across Europe for customer visits, trade shows, and training.
* Manage relationships with UK and European teams to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements:
* Current experience as a Key Account or Account Manager in relevant sectors.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, or equivalent industry experience.
* Strong people management skills, including coaching and training external teams.
* Self-motivated, data-driven, with excellent IT, organizational, and planning skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
