Sales Associate – York £26,000 basic + uncapped commission | 5 days a week in office
Flourish are hiring six Sales Associates to join our client in their York office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a UK leader in fuel cards and business logistics.

About the role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving new business for the company. You’ll communicate with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, introducing products, identifying needs, and converting conversations into sales. Your work directly supports the company’s growth and customer expansion.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Contact potential and existing customers using pre‑built sales scripts and templates
* Provide clear information about products and services
* Ask the right questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Keep internal systems and communication channels updated
* Use initiative to meet sales quotas and support future business growth
Requirements
* Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
* Driven, target‑focused approach with a desire to exceed expectations
* Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ways of working
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
* Strong work ethic and resilience
