Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Teaching Personnel are seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our supply team working across Bradford secondary and SEN schools.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Assisting class teachers in creating inclusive and engaging lessons.
* Providing 1:1 or small group support, tailored to individual needs.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting emotional wellbeing.
* Helping pupils achieve their academic and personal goals.

We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working in UK schools – this is essential.
* Proven experience supporting students with SEN.
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Full right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
