Amour Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fantastic company based just outside Waterlooville, who are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager. Due to the location, applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. You will ensure processes and workflows are delivered efficiently while supporting the successful delivery of client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the efficient running of the office, maintaining and developing effective administrative procedures
2. Manage the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance requirements are met
3. Renew and manage company insurance policies
4. Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and contractors
5. Liaise with suppliers, raise and manage purchase orders, maintain stock levels and accept deliveries
6. Provide client support and follow-up where required
About You:
7. Essential knowledge of CDM(R) and experience managing online accreditation and compliance systems
8. A strong, process-driven mindset
9. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, workflow planning and risk management
10. Excellent problem-solving skills
11. Strong IT skills with experience using desktop-based compliance systems
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexibility around start and finish times available)
Salary: Negotiable
