Responsibilities:
* Oversee mechanical installations on-site, ensuring adherence to project designs and timelines.
* Verify that construction work complies with design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of safety and quality.
* Anticipate material requirements and notify the Site Chief promptly.
* Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including relevant documentation.
* Communicate material, manpower, and site-related issues to the Site Chief to support timely corrective actions.
* Identify and address defects or incomplete tasks, escalating unresolved issues to the Site Chief.
* Promote and enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations across the site.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant-based projects is required.
* SMSTS certification is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Factory or industrial plant experience is highly desirable.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
* Valid CSCS Card or equivalent certification is essential.
