Fin Search are recruiting an IFA Administrator on a permanent basis for a leading firm based in Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small team in a fast paced and varied role. As an IFA Administrator, this role will be responsible for supporting a small team of experienced Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors, Duties will include, however are not limited to, processing new business applications across the key financial products, submitting transactions and trade requests, obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations, preparing review packs for client meetings, liaising with products providers, actioning Letters of Authority, maintaining accurate client records and acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers and Directors.· The successful candidate will: * Have worked in a relevant IFA or Financial Planning Administration before * Have excellent attention to detail * Have strong verbal and written communication skills £32,000 - £34,000 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) contributory pension scheme death in service benefit
