We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established domiciliary care branch in Rochdale. With a strong team and infrastructure already in place, this role is ideal for a motivated and quality-driven manager looking to focus on compliance, service growth, and team development—without the added pressures of on-call duties or personal care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of a well-established domiciliary care service
2. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care delivery
3. Lead, mentor, and support a team including office staff, care coordinators, and senior care workers
4. Drive recruitment, improve staff retention, and support ongoing development of all team members
5. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals to promote person-centred care
6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the branch’s sustainable growth
7. Benefit from a leadership position with no on-call or personal care delivery requirements
Ideal Candidate:
8. Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care setting
9. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
10. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance expectations
11. Hold or be working towards NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
12. A professional and proactive individual with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care
