An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in our Family Time Centre in Kings Lynn as a Business Support Officer.
As a Business Support Officer, you will be customer focused and expected to deliver a full range of administrative and support services within the team.
A large part of the role is covering reception duties providing an initial point of contact for clients as well as support and solutions.
We will be seeking people who can take the time to listen and connect whilst working alongside practitioners to support Vital Signs for Children.
Below are some of the skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word and Databases

* Good organisational skills

* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Cultural awareness
* Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information

As the service operates Monday to Saturday, there will be the need to work occasional Saturdays as required.
This post involves working closely with children and is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring Service and be subject to 6 months’ probation.
Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by an experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and established team.
