As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include: Installing moulds and setting up injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment. Performing tool and material changeovers. Conduct first-off sample checks. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make process adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, including tooling records and last-off checks. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to waste reduction. To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will: Have experience in injection moulding, holding the position of Injection Moulding Technician, Process Technician, Tool Setter or similar.
