GSL Education are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Chigwell. This is a full-time role, starting in September, where you will play a key part in supporting children’s learning and development. The Role Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the classroom. Provide 1:1 or small group support to children who need extra help with their learning. Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated, and confident during lessons. Assist with behaviour management and ensure the classroom remains a positive learning environment. Support children’s social and emotional development, helping them build important life skills. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children (this could be in a school, childcare, youth work, or similar role). A caring, patient, and supportive nature.
