This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and spotting opportunities to grow business — rather than hard selling. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact while proactively identifying opportunities to increase order value, re-engage lapsed accounts, and support the wider field sales team.
