* Lead and inspire a team of surveyors, setting clear objectives and supporting their development.
* Oversee complex building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition assessments in line with RICS standards.
* Manage major works projects from start to finish, including tendering and contract administration.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations (HHSRS, Building Regulations, CDM).
* Contribute to asset management strategy and long-term investment planning.
* Act as the primary technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

1. Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS).
