This is a key position within our business, responsible for identifying high-performing consultants who will drive our growth across multiple sectors. You'll play a vital role in shaping the teams that form the foundation of Novax's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, attract, and recruit experienced recruitment professionals and emerging talent.
* Manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
* Build strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing and engagement approaches.
* Represent and promote the Novax brand, culture, and values at every stage of the recruitment process.

About You
* Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
* A strong understanding of what makes a successful biller within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive, organised, and target-driven with a passion for recruitment.
* Confident working independently while collaborating effectively across the business.
